Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of ORGIO, OrgioOne and related services supplied by Brosoft Technologies LLP.

Effective date: 18 September 2026Provider: Brosoft Technologies LLP
Please read these terms carefully. If your organization has a separately signed subscription, licence, implementation or support agreement with Brosoft Technologies LLP, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these online terms.

1. Acceptance and authority

By accessing or using ORGIO, OrgioOne, OrgioChat, OrgioMail or related APIs and services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

ORGIO provides business-management, communication and productivity functions. OrgioOne may combine connected email, chat, calls, meetings, tasks, approvals, calendars and access to authorized ORGIO records. Available functions can depend on the customer’s subscription, configuration, deployment, provider availability and user permissions.

3. Accounts and authorized users

  • Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials and devices secure.
  • Accounts may be used only by the individual to whom they are assigned unless a documented shared-mailbox feature permits authorized shared access.
  • Customer administrators control roles, permissions, users and much of the customer’s organizational data.
  • Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to their administrator and to info@orgio.in.

4. Connected email accounts

A user may connect a mailbox only when authorized to access and operate it. The user authorizes OrgioOne to perform requested mailbox operations through Google, Microsoft or another configured provider. The mailbox provider’s own terms also apply.

Users are responsible for recipients, message content, attachments, mailbox rules and actions they initiate. Brosoft Technologies LLP is not responsible for a provider’s downtime, delivery decisions, spam filtering, account restrictions, API changes or revocation of access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • break any law, infringe rights or send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communications;
  • upload malware, evade security controls or interfere with the service or another user;
  • gain access to accounts, mailboxes, records or systems without permission;
  • copy, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly allows it;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties unless a written agreement permits it; or
  • use connected-provider data for advertising, surveillance or purposes unrelated to the user-facing features authorized by the user.

6. Customer data and responsibilities

The customer retains its rights in information submitted to the service. The customer grants Brosoft Technologies LLP the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that information for service delivery, security, support and legal compliance.

The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary notices or consents for employee, customer, supplier and other third-party information entered into ORGIO. The customer is also responsible for configuring permissions and retaining any exports or backups required by its policies unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

ORGIO, OrgioOne, their software, interfaces, documentation, designs and branding are owned by or licensed to Brosoft Technologies LLP. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an authorized subscription or evaluation.

8. Fees, subscriptions and changes

Fees, billing periods, taxes, renewal, included services and cancellation are governed by the applicable order, subscription or written agreement. We may improve or modify the service. If a change materially reduces a paid core capability, the applicable customer agreement will govern available remedies.

9. Third-party services

The service may interoperate with Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, payment providers, communications providers and other third parties. Their products remain governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or policy decisions.

10. Availability, support and updates

We work to provide a reliable and secure service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, provider interruptions, network conditions or security events may temporarily affect availability. Users should install supported OrgioOne updates to receive fixes and security improvements.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or enforce an applicable agreement. On termination, access ends and customer data is handled according to the applicable agreement, configured retention and the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Brosoft Technologies LLP disclaims implied warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunity, except where such limitation is prohibited by law or a signed agreement provides otherwise.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, a customer is responsible for claims arising from its unlawful content, unauthorized use, violation of third-party rights or material breach of these terms. Any separately signed agreement may replace or further define these obligations.

14. Governing law and disputes

Unless a separately signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Faridabad, Haryana will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution rights under applicable law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or customer channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law and customer agreements.
