Mailbox connections
Your account stays under your control
OrgioOne connects a mailbox only after the user completes the provider’s authorization process. Users can disconnect a mailbox from OrgioOne and can also revoke access directly from their Google or Microsoft account.
Provider authorizationGoogle and Microsoft credentials are entered on the provider’s own sign-in page, not inside OrgioOne.
Encrypted connection secretsOAuth access and refresh tokens are protected on the Orgio server and are not included in the desktop installer.
Purpose-limited accessMailbox access is used to deliver user-requested email features, not for advertising or training general-purpose AI models.
Clear controlsUsers can remove their connected mailbox, which deletes the mailbox connection and its associated stored configuration from OrgioOne.
How Google account information is used
When a user connects Gmail, OrgioOne uses Google OAuth authorization to access the mailbox through Gmail’s supported IMAP and SMTP interfaces. The access enables the user to list and read messages, manage folders and message state, send mail, save drafts, download requested attachments and synchronize mailbox activity.
Privacy comes first. OrgioOne does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow unrelated human access. See the Privacy Policy for full information about processing, storage, retention, sharing and deletion.
